INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup chopped cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 lb bacon chopped
  • 1 chopped medium onion
  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
  • 3 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 12 volumes

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and spread the parchment and non-stick spray or silpat baking tray on the greased baking tray.
  2. Mix the breadcrumbs, chopped cheese, minced beef and eggs until they are evenly distributed.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-1 / 2 to 2 inch meatballs and place evenly on the baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes.
  4. When the meatballs are baked, fry the bacon until it is medium heat and crispy. Remove the bacon from the frying pan and leave the oil in the frying pan.
  5. Add the onion to the frying pan and reduce the heat to medium, often stirring until soft.
  6. Cut the bread in half and add a meatball to the bottom of each roll. Brush the top with a barbecue sauce.
  7. Add cheese slices, bacon slices and grilled onions to the meatballs.
  8. Place it under the toaster near the top of the roll for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
  9. Place the meatballs on the bread rolls and serve them on the table.
