INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 cups of cauliflower (cooked)
  • 2 egg (hit)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (broken)
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs

PREPARATION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F.
  2. Spread the parchment on the baking sheet.
  3. Mix broccoli, eggs, cheese and breadcrumbs in a large bowl.
  4. The ingredients are chopped with a fork until thoroughly mixed.
  5. Make 8 cakes with clean hands.
  6. Place the cake on the prepared baking tray and cook on it.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes until it turns golden brown.
  8. Please cool before eating.
