INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green pepper
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp freshly grated ginger
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves crushed with garlic

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all ingredients in one large mixing bowl
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and squeeze them together by hand.
  3. Divide into three equal pies, each quarter about three-quarters of an inch.
  4. Gently spray non-stick paint onto the frying pan
  5. Boil at medium temperature.
  6. Cook on each side for about five minutes or until fully cooked.
