  • 18 g (2 lbs) salmon fillet
  • 3-4 tablespoons (45.50-56.75 grams) of unsalted butter
  • 2-3 teaspoons (5.65-8.50 grams)
  • 1 tbsp (6.90 g) of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon (6.70 g) paprika
  • 1/2 -1 teaspoon (1.85 g) chili (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons (5.32-15.94 g) fresh parsley, basil
  • Seasoning with salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp (16 g) or more lemon juice


  1. Place the shelf in the center of the oven and preheat the oven to 400 Fahrenheit. Like me, spread the foil or baking paper on the baking sheet and spray it with a cooking spray or light oil.
    Cut the squid about 4-5 pieces with a sharp knife. Wipe the sides of the squid with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Put a small pot in low-calorie butter, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili and parsley or basil. Stir for about 30 seconds or 1 minute. The mixture was allowed to stand for about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
  3. Brush the squid with a mixture of spices to ensure that every inch is covered with spices.
  4. Bake for about 10 to 15 minutes until cooked, depending on the size of the fish and the preferences of the cooked food. When the thickest part of the squid is easily peeled off with a fork, it can be fully cooked.
  5. Immediately decorated with lemon slices.
