INGREDIENTS:

  • 5-6 1 1 / 2-2 pound chicken thighs
  • salt
  • black pepper powder
    glaze:
  • 1/4 cup low sodium chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard sauce
  • 2 tablespoons whole wheat mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • You can choose 1 tablespoon chili sauce, Tabasco chili sauce, Asian chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp chopped Italian parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the glaze together and mix well. Shelved.
    Season with salt and pepper. Heat the frying pan and fry the chicken thighs, first with the chicken skin facing down. Turn the chicken over and fry until both sides become very brown and crispy. Continue to rotate and cook the chicken to ensure it is fully cooked. Remove the chicken fat from the frying pan and discard.
    Heat the glaze in the frying pan with low heat, then put a little, then put it back on the chicken thigh. Cook over low heat until the glaze covers both sides of the chicken. Check if the chicken is cooked inside. Run now.
