TACO MEAT LOAF

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef (less than 10% fat)
  • 1⁄2 cup of finely chopped cornflakes
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3 teaspoons paprika 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1⁄2 cup (your favorite) thick and chunky salsa sauce
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1⁄2 cup Mexican mixed cheese
  • 1 cup of bean paste
  • 1⁄4 cup of your favorite salsa sauce
  • 1 cup of Mexican mixed cheese

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cornflakes, eggs, paprika, cumin, salsa, black pepper and 1⁄2 cup chopped cheese. Mix well and form an oval on the baking sheet (not in the bread pan).
  2. In a small bowl, mix the mash with a 1/4 cup salsa and scrub with the top of the uncooked patties. Bake at 375 ° for 45 minutes. In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle a cup of chopped cheese on top of the patties and return to the oven.
  3. When serving, gently slide the spatula under the patties to make it loose.

Notes

I didn't add salt to this recipe because there are many salts in other ingredients. Instead of “soaking” your patties by baking the oil on a pan instead of a bread pan, the grease will flow to the pan. If you use 90% lean beef, don't have too much "fat".
